🎵 Lullabies are not playing. What should I do?
Make sure your phone volume is on and not in silent mode. Close and reopen the app. If the issue persists, contact us.
💳 How do I cancel my subscription?
On iPhone: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → BabyandMom → Cancel. The subscription ends at the close of the current billing period.
🔄 I can't restore my purchases.
Open the app, go to the subscription screen, and tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used to purchase.
📱 My baby profile was deleted. Can I recover it?
Unfortunately no. Data is stored only on your device. If the app is deleted or the device is changed, data cannot be recovered.
🌙 The sleep timer is not working properly.
Check that background audio permissions are enabled: Settings → BabyandMom → Permissions.
💰 Is there a free trial?
Yes! You can try BabyandMom Premium free for 7 days. The subscription begins automatically after the trial unless cancelled.
🌍 Is the app available in my language?
BabyandMom supports Turkish, English, Spanish, German, Portuguese, and French. You can change the language inside the app.
